As with any embroidery designs that you would purchase (on line or in a shop), once the seal on an
embroidery design disk is opened (broken), the designs are then non-returnable (Standard software laws apply), so choose carefully
when selecting any design packs (epically if you do not know the brand or style of digitizing). If at
any time you accidentally damage one of our design packs (crack/scratch a disk, etc), just email us for replacement information
(nominal charges may apply).
